Sirona has published Improved Outcomes for All, its strategy document outlining how the organisation aims to enhance patient care and ensure it is a great place for staff to work over the coming years.
The strategy sets out Sirona’s vision for delivering high-quality community healthcare for adults and children across Bristol, North Somerset, and South Gloucestershire (BNSSG).
Shaped by staff, the people Sirona cares for, and partner organisations, it explains Sirona’s priorities – building on work that is already underway and improving services further.
As more people live with multiple health conditions, Sirona faces growing demand and increasingly complex care needs.
Sirona aims to tackle these challenges by ensuring community healthcare plays a key role in providing proactive, planned and urgent care, alongside other partners in the BNSSG health and care system.
Alongside the strategy document, Sirona has published its annual Business Plan for 2025-26.
Each year Sirona publishes its Business Plan, detailing priorities for the year ahead.
The latest plan sets out the foundational work the organisation will do in the coming 12 months to get Sirona in the right shape to deliver the over all strategy of Improved Outcomes for All.
