Healthcare professionals from across Bristol came together last week for the annual Infant Feeding Conference. Hosted by Bristol Family Hubs and Sirona care & health, ‘Together again for Tiny Tummies’ is aimed at professionals who would like to increase their awareness of infant feeding services across the city, increase their knowledge and skills and share best practice with colleagues from different services.
Taking place at BAWA Health and Leisure, over 100 attendees enjoyed coming together, the sense of community and thinking collectively about how to support breastfeeding.
Featuring talks from prominent speakers in the world of infant feeding, as well as individuals with lived experience – attendees commented on the powerful, informative and thought-provoking nature of the talks.
‘The combination of sharing professional knowledge and also having speakers from lived experience was invaluable. What a great day, thank you!’
