We have a variety of equipment to give you peace of mind and keep you independent.

We can support you with these products:

Alarm and Pendant:

  • This is a great option for anyone who wants to feel secure.
  • With a press of a button, you can get help 24/7 from our friendly call center.
  • Costs £18.95 per month with a £35 one-time fee to set it up.

This is how it works:

Fall Detector:

If you fall and can’t get up, it will automatically send an alert for help.

You can also push the button on the detector to call for assistance.

Costs £25.85 per month with a £35 one-time fee to set it up (unless you already have the Alarm and Pendant).

This is how it works:

Individual in an upright position. Quick and sudden loss of balance. Significant impact of individual with the floor. 20 seconds is triggered on the device. If individual has not returned to standing then an alert is generated. Alert can be cancelled by placing hand over vibby until vibrations stop.

Other Equipment We Offer:

  • Door Sensor and Pager: Get an alert if someone opens a door.
  • PIR Motion Sensor and Pager: Be notified if there’s movement in your home.
  • Call button and pager- The pager alerts to notifications with audible tone (with volume adjustment) and vibration
  • Fall Detector and pager- waterproof pendant with gravity change sensing fall detection
  • Pillow switch and pager- designed for those with limited physical movement, the switch is fastened to the user’s pillow and is activated with the lightest of touches
  • Memory Clock: Never miss an appointment or medication again with reminder alarms.
  • Pivotell Pill Dispenser- An automatic pill dispenser has 28 compartments for medication, and is
  • PIR Light- detects motion up to four meters away and the three Super Bright LED’s will remain on as long as there is a presence in the beam
  • Sound Alarm and Pager- This sound detection alarm, with an internal transmitter, signals a vibration alarm pager in response to
  • Epilepsy Sensors- Bed sensors available to hire or purchase. They can be programmed with selectable seizure modes
  • Easy to Use Telephone: Make and receive calls with large buttons and a loud ringer.
  • GPS Tracker: Know where you are at all times, and call for help if needed (requires a separate phone plan).
  • Cordless Bed Mat and Pager- It works by detecting when pressure has been removed from the mat
  • Cordless Chair Mat and Pager- kit makes it easy for a carer to monitor a person in their chair, more importantly, when they exit their chair and may be at risk from a fall
  • Big Button and Pager- large surface area switch is operated with a minimal amount of pressure making it ideal for people with limited dexterity
  • Recordable Voice Alarm and Door Sensor- When the door is opened, the alarm receiver will play back your recorded message
  • Rosebud Memory Clock- The Rosebud reminder clock has been developed to help prompt people with dementia to do daily tasks

We also offer bed and chair leaving alarms, voice recorders, and reminder clocks for people with dementia.
