Falls
When a resident falls, the iStumble app should be used to perform a health assessment and check for injury. Designed by paramedics, the app will tell you when to call for an ambulance and when to lift your resident.

Learning disabilities
If you need any support regarding the healthcare needs of the people with learning disabilities that you support, the Community Learning Disabilities Team (CLDT) remains open and available to help.
The CLDT’s now offer advice and guidance with a clinician directly available Mon-Fri (09:00-16.00) to discuss healthcare issues. The teams still accept referrals for specific work, but this is not needed to access the advice and guidance function – just call if you have concerns regarding the individuals you support.
