How To Complete The Diary

Add the time, drink type,
and amount consumed.

2: Urine Output

Enter urine output in
millilitres if possible.

3: Bladder Sensation

Select the bladder
sensation code from A–E.

4: Leaks & Pads

Record any leaks or
pad usage during the day.
