• Please use available on-street parking spaces outside the office first
• If on-street spaces are full, designated car park spaces marked with yellow and red dots may be used
• The car park is open from 7:00am to 10:00pm, seven days a week
• Additional on-street parking is available nearby if all designated spaces are occupied
• Spaces directly outside the office are reserved for loading, unloading and accessible parking users
• Please do not park in neighbouring business units’ spaces

Bike and Motorcycle Storage

• Secure bike storage is available in the main car park
• Access codes can be requested from the site administration team

Accessing the Building

Entrance

Access to the building is controlled for security purposes.

• Entry is via a door buzzer
• A member of staff will provide access
• Regular visitors can request an access code
• Main and side doors can be accessed using electronic keypads

Building Layout

• Suites 1 and 2 are located on the ground floor
• Shower facilities are available in Suite 2 next to the toilet facilities

Workplace Facilities

Booking a Desk

Hybrid desks can be booked using the Microsoft Teams Book a Space app.

• Green desks can be reserved in advance
• Yellow desks are available for drop-in use
• Desks can be booked up to six weeks ahead
• Bookings should be cancelled if no longer required

Meeting Rooms

Two meeting rooms are available:

Large Meeting Room

• Capacity: 14 people
• Wall-mounted television screen

Small Meeting Room

• Capacity: 4 people

Meeting room availability should be checked through Outlook calendars before requesting a booking.

• Staff are encouraged to bring a headset for online meetings and calls
• Additional IT equipment can be requested through line managers if required
