Within Sirona we are very proud of our staff and value the huge contribution they make in providing high quality services that really make a difference to the lives of so many people .
The Sirona Awards for Excellence were established to recognise this contribution and we are inviting you to nominate individuals or teams who you think have gone the extra mile and deserve to be recognised in 2018.
We are grateful to our sponsors Node4, the Sirona Foundation and Cordell Health.
There are two categories in which the public can nominate this year:
‘I Think They Deserve It’ Award
You tell us why the individual or team deserves to be recognised, it’s as simple as that.
Community Children’s Health Partnership
This will be awarded to a member of staff from across the Children’s Partnership who has demonstrated the benefit of partnership working to improving the outcomes for children, young people and their families. This could include working across professional or organisational boundaries and we would be particularly keen to hear about co-production of services or improvements with children, young people and families. As well as being open to the public to nominate in this category, it is also open to all members of staff working within Community Children’s Health Partnership no matter who is the employing organisation.
Writing Your Nomination
Please describe the qualities that you feel make this individual or team outstanding. Provide examples of any exceptional performance. Please tell us why this particular individual or team shines. Give us as much information as possible, but no more than 300 words.
