Community Children’s Health Partnership Services (CCHP) in Bristol will be provided directly by Sirona from 1 February 2020 as staff and services transfer from Bristol Community Health.
We are looking forward to working with you and the fantastic staff, who will be joining us, to build on the good work already taking place to make services even better for children, young people and their families. However, the only change you may see on 1 February will be a different coloured lanyard worn by those providing your care and support. The phone numbers and email addresses you use now to make contact with the teams will all stay the same.
