Nominations for our annual Awards for Excellence have now launched and we’re asking you to nominate a member of staff who has gone above and beyond to provide you the best care.
Our ‘I Think They Deserve It’ Award is one of the many categories at our Awards for Excellence ceremony. This category is extra special as nominations come from you, the public; those who have been treated, supported and cared for by one of our staff members or teams.
You can nominate any staff member – clinical and non-clinical – working across the area and we are would like to hear stories of their outstanding care.
To nominate a staff member, simply download our I Think They Deserve It Nomination Form and return to sirona.communications@nhs.net. You can also print the form and return it to the address below:
