Venue: Day room, Ward 100 Stroke Sub-Acute Rehab Unit (SSARU), South Bristol Community Hospital or alternatively you can join the event virtually
The event will bring together people with lived experience, as well as clinical and strategic healthcare colleagues from across our region. The aim is to reflect on the positive involvement of people with lived experience of stroke in the Stroke Improvement Programme for Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire, and share details of activities where people with lived experience can be involved in shaping the future of our services.
