We have been awarded with Race Equality Matters Bronze Trailblazer status in recognition of our work to promote racial equality within our organisation.
The status is awarded by an independent panel of experts with lived experience of race inequality in the workplace. It is designed to recognise organisations driving meaningful change in race equality.
Neil Gokani, Head of Equality Diversity & Inclusion (EDI), commented on the award:
“We’re delighted that we have been awarded Bronze Trailblazer status by Race Equality Matters. This is important recognition of the journey we’re on and the steps we’ve already taken to become an anti-racist organisation.
“This award shows that we are serious about tackling racial inequality as a community and demonstrates to colleagues that we are actively working to provide an inclusive and positive working environment.
“We know that we have more to do, but this is further recognition that we have the right plan in place to create working environments and culture where every person can feel safe and achieve their full potential.”
