How are we doing? Complete Sirona’s Annual Organisational Survey 2022
Have we provided care for you or a member of your family? We’d love to hear your views – good or bad.
Sirona care & health provides community NHS health services across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.
We provide a large number of services as part of CCHP (Community Children’s Health Partnership). These include health visiting, school nursing, speech and language therapy and community paediatricians.
We know our success is judged by the experiences of you, your family or your friends. Your responses will help us see what we are doing well and where we need to improve.
The survey will close on 31 March 2022. All responses are anonymous.
