Children’s Continence Service
Who is the service for?
Children and young people from age four to 18 years.
What we do
We provide assessment, treatment, support and advice to children and young people with the following issues:
- Delayed toilet training
- Daytime wetting
- Night-time wetting

Information and signposting
School nurses signpost families to continence resources. You can access them via the external links below.
If your child is experiencing any of the issues listed, please discuss this with any professionals working with them, such as their GP, Health Visitor, School Nurse. No referral form is required.
Getting more help (more extensive goal-based help)
If your child needs support from our team, one of the healthcare professionals listed above can refer them into our service.
