Neurodiversity Support Team
What we do
The Neurodiversity Support Team gives advice, information and support to colleagues working in education, early years settings and healthcare across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire. We help professionals understand and use the Neurodivergent Needs Analysis process.
What we provide for education and health professionals:
- Advice and information around the Neurodivergent Needs Analysis process.
- Support to identify helpful ways to meet the neurodivergent needs of children and young people.
- Support with areas of need within the Neurodivergent Needs Analysis.
- Development of resources and information around meeting neurodivergent needs.
- Support in completing the Neurodivergent Needs Analysis with families.
What we provide for families:
- If your child attends a school, college or early years setting, speak to staff there about completing a Neurodivergent Needs Analysis.
- If your child is home educated or is not currently attending a school or other education setting, the Neurodiversity Support Team can complete the needs analysis.
Our Neurodivergent Needs Analysis page has more information about the process for children who both attend, and do not attend, school or an education setting.
