Whilst this service is available to residents of Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire, anyone can benefit from Technology Enabled Care. It is used by lots of people for many different reasons, from those who need a simple way of calling for help, to those who need Technology Enabled Care as an essential way of detecting falls or helping with memory loss.
Technology Enabled Care offers reassurance to family, friends and carers, whether they live locally or further away from their loved ones. It also helps with the early discharge of patients from hospital, when people are at their most vulnerable.
We offer a variety of products to help you in your home, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We recognise that everyone’s needs are individual and would recommend that you contact our team to find out which products best suit your requirements.
Our Alarm and Pendant
Our lifeline alarm and pendant system is for anyone that needs extra support and peace of mind so that they can enjoy their independence, and live in their own home, knowing that help is at hand with a press of a button.
If you need help, simply press the button, and through the paired base unit, a call is placed immediately to our experienced, locally based, call centre that operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The trained, dedicated operators will then assess the situation and they will either; contact one of your emergency key holders to check on you or call the emergency services if you need immediate medical attention and let your loved ones know.
Available with various linked sensors, including falls, door, sound boosters, smoke, temperature and many more!
Unlike other alarm providers, we always visit and install the alarm ourselves, and follow up each year with a free service.
Standalone Technology Enabled Care
Standalone devices are highly valuable and help to maintain and/or improve an individual’s ability to do everyday tasks. These devices can support with a range of difficulties, including falls, memory and mobility.
