Who is this service for?
The service is for adults over the age of 18 who are registered with a GP in the South Gloucestershire area.
What we do
The Out of Hours nursing team provides nursing care from 5.00pm – 11.00pm (a team of nurses and Health Care Assistants cover the shifts between 11.00pm – 8.00am).

You can be referred by your GP or other health care professional.
