Partner2Care

Partner2Care offers an independent advisory service for people with Personal Health Budgets who need care at home and would like support to arrange or manage their care.

We support people in Bristol, North Somerset, South Gloucestershire and elsewhere in the south west.

• Help you recruit and employ staff
• Advise you about setting up a bank account for your care needs
• Help you to set up a system for dealing with tax and National Insurance for someone you employ
• Offer a payroll service if needed
• Support with keeping financial records to show what you have spent
• Be at the end of a phone if you need advice
• Recruitment
• Staff management

We also offer training for care providers.

We may be able to provide one-off payments which cover the cost of support to enable an earlier discharge home from a hospital. Payments of between £200 and £1200 can be made to an individual, family member, friend or voluntary advocate.

You may be referred to us by your NHS hospital or community staff, and we will discuss with you, and those caring for you, how your need can be met.
