Whether it’s the bright and vibrant landscapes or the wonderful sense of community, the South of the city boasts the best of both worlds between urban and suburbia.

Our teams work with individuals to deliver shared person-centred goals, improving their quality of life and independence.

Specialist services jobs pages

Our Stroke Service works with people as they recover from stroke and receive rehabilitation in the community.

NHS@Home is a new model of care that brings together health and social care providers from Acute Trusts and Community partners to deliver joined up care from the comfort of people’s own homes.

Our Musculoskeletal (MSK) and Podiatry service is made up of a variety of Clinicians, Therapy Assistants and Administrative Support staff, supported by a team of Clinical and Operational Managers.

The rotations provide a platform and real opportunity for progression, demonstrated by our success in supporting Rotational colleagues to transition into senior positions.

Our Adult Learning Disability Health Service work with people to enable them to make choices about their health.

We are a growing, Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) of Diabetes Specialist Nurses, Community Dietitians and Administration support staff who work seamlessly together to improve the health of the people in our care.

Community Mental Health Nursing sits within our Adults’ Specialist Services, offering colleagues and healthcare teams access to specialist mental health support when delivering integrated care to those in our communities.

Children’s services jobs pages

The Lifetime service is a joint Community Children’s Nursing (CCN) and Psychology service providing nursing care to children and young people up to the age of 18 years with a life limiting or life threatening condition.

The Children’s Therapy service sits within a Multi-disciplinary team and we identify, assess, support and manage the health needs of children and young people aged 0-18 years

Corporate services

We cover a wide portfolio from service desk and desktop support teams to clinical systems management and digital training.

We’re looking for Administrators to support our community services – and we could be looking for you!
