T-Levels

Offering industry placement and practical experience alongside classroom learning, preparing students for real-world employment in their chosen career.

What are T-Levels?

T-Levels are a dynamic alternative to A Levels, combining classroom learning with valuable industry experience. Equivalent in size to three A Levels, they are designed to equip learners with the practical skills, knowledge and confidence needed to progress into skilled employment, higher education or apprenticeships. T-Levels provide a direct pathway into exciting careers, helping learners gain real-world experience while building their future.

We currently offer placements for the T-Level in health course and the digital T-Level.

Why choose T-Levels?

They combine classroom learning with hands-on industry experience, providing students with real-world skills for skilled employment or higher apprenticeships. Developed with employer input, T-Levels prepare students for the demands of their chosen field and offer a head start in the workforce.

What is different about T-Levels?

T-Levels have been created with employers, combining classroom learning with real industry experience. This blend of academic learning and practical experience helps prepare learners to take the next step into the workplace, apprenticeship or a university pathway.

Benefits of T-Levels

T-Levels offer the best of both worlds, combining academic study with workplace experience. Learners gain valuable hands-on experience alongside their studies, helping them develop the practical skills, knowledge and professional behaviours needed to succeed in their future careers.
