NHS Pension

As an NHS Agenda for Change employer, we offer Agenda for Change Terms and Conditions and service benefits such as NHS pay, holiday entitlement, occupational sick pay, maternity pay and the NHS pension scheme.

Annual Leave

We offer 27 days of annual leave on joining, plus Government agreed bank holidays. For employees on permanent contracts this rises to 29 days after five years’ service and 33 days after 10 years.

More about us

We are Sirona care & health Community Interest Company (CIC) and we provide a range of high quality, specialist healthcare services for adults and children in Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire (BNSSG).

Our NHS and Local Authority funded services span all ages from young babies to the elderly and everyone in between; we support people in their own homes and local communities wherever possible, through our wide range of skilled and experienced teams.

We are part of the wider BNSSG health and care community, working with colleagues in GP practices, hospitals, councils, mental health providers and the voluntary sector.

For us, it’s about the personal approach; we take pride in what we do and deliver the high standard of care we’d expect for ourselves and our families.
