Sirona care & health - South Gloucestershire
Looking for progression and a role to fit around your lifestyle?
Imagine a career where you can make a real difference to people in your community and each day brings new rewards. Don’t be daunted at the prospect of starting something different – especially if you’re new to healthcare. We believe in creating development opportunities for all our colleagues.
That’s why in South Gloucestershire, we welcome applications from people (like you!) with a range of transferrable skills and experience.
Whether your background is clinical or clerical, entry-level or management, we’d love to hear your story!
Our aim is to support people in their own homes and local communities wherever possible through our wide range of skilled and experienced clinical and non-clinical teams. We are part of the wider Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire (BNSSG) NHS and care community, working with colleagues in GP practices, hospitals, councils, mental health providers and the voluntary sector.
Our friendly and supportive teams will help you develop your existing skills, learn new skills and experience variety every day. So together, we can make a difference in the community we love.
We partner with other organisations such as local NHS Trusts, University of the West of England (UWE) and the NHS Leadership Academy to help widen your opportunities even further – and we’re proud to currently be supporting clinicians within South Gloucestershire with a wide variety of training:
- Trainee Nursing Associate and Assistant Practitioner for Healthcare Assistants
- Clinical and non-clinical Apprenticeships (including Admin and Nursing)
- Courses in Advanced Clinical Practice.
Whether you’re working in our Minor Injuries Unit or across our community teams, you’ll meet new people from a variety of diverse cultures and backgrounds who’ll help you to learn and grow.

Why not take a trip to Chipping Sodbury’s quirky tea rooms, explore Thornbury Castle – or, pack a picnic and enjoy the summer in Dyrham Park? Looking for something fun for all the family? Take a stroll by Willsbridge Mill, a trip to Avon Valley or visit the animals at Kingswood’s Grimsbury Farm.
Close to Bristol Parkway Station and within a 15-minute drive from excellent motorway transport links, South Glos. is an accessible location and a popular choice to live and work. Well-known for its local farm shops, cosy country pubs and peaceful suburban surroundings – it’s a great day out for locals and tourists alike!
