Your feedback

Your support and the support of my carers has allowed me to remain in the community and not in a care home or hospital. Your work is invaluable.

Person in the care of our Bladder and Bowel Service

A big thank you to the team from Knowle who visit us daily. My elderly Dad is recovering at home from Covid after several days in hospital. Thank you so much for all your support, help and advice.
Another big thank you to the Rapid Response teams who cared for my Mum. The service you provide has been brilliant, positive and caring.

Family and relatives of people being cared for by our teams in Knowle

I just wanted to send my appreciation after my daughter fractured her wrist. It was a fantastic service from the minute we walked through the door. Everyone was so kind and really put my daughter at ease. The service was so smooth and the staff were very knowledgeable and efficient. Everyone greeted us with a smile and we were in, triaged, x rayed, reviewed and discharged so quickly. It made a stressful time so much easier and my daughter and I are very grateful for the fantastic care she received.
