Healthy Steps for Families
A new eight-week programme has been launched to give families tips on how to stay happy and healthy.
Healthy Steps provides tips on how to cut back on sugar, plan healthy meals and enjoy fun activities together.
The programme has been designed by the Department of Health and Social Care for families with primary school aged children.
Families can take the quiz and sign up to receive tailored weekly emails with easy and practical ways for the whole family to eat better and move more.
The quiz will help you decide whether you want to reduce the amount of sugar you eat, find out how to hit your five a day or get tips on meal planning.
Families will get simple tips from nutrition experts and other parents, Disney-themed games and budget-friendly recipes emailed to them each week.
