Neurodiversity needs and the neurodiversity profiling tool

The neurodiversity profiling tool developed by Portsmouth helps identify children and young people’s neurodiversity needs at an early stage and plan how to meet those needs at home, school and in the community. This is currently being piloted with a small sample of children/young people. You can find out more about this at the neurodiversity-transformation-programme . In the meantime, the areas of need are a helpful way to think about where your child or young person may need additional support.
